For Groomers - Enjoy a free month's trial. After the first month's trialis $9.99 every month. Discounted to $96.99/year when you pay for a 1-year subscription.
Text Messages costs
For US and Canadian clients, we are loading your account with 100 free text messages (SMS) every month. You can purchase additional text messages for $0.015/message text (1.5¢). For UK clients, we are loading your account with 50 free text messages (SMS) every month. You can purchase additional text messages for $0.08/message text (8¢). For clients outside of the US, Canada, UK we are loading your account with 25 free text messages (SMS) every month. You can purchase additional text messages for $0.14/message text (14¢).
Refund or cancellation policies
Unless we state in writing otherwise, payments are due monthly in advance and are non-refundable.
Request that your account and associated data is deleted
You can delete your account and associated data from the mobile app. Once you logged in, tap Profile, and then DELETE MY ACCOUNT link.
